Dining & entertainment

The hotel offers a good selection of specialty restaurants and bars. We have, among others, the Champagne Room for the finest French cuisine, the Cowrie Grill for the juciest steaks and the freshest seafood, and Ginza, a Japanese restaurant with the widest selection of authentic Japanese food.

CAFE ILANG-ILANG
White latticework and refreshing greenery recall the romance of the old Spanish period haciendas. Windows offer a delightful view of the pool and the manicured lawns along the bay. Savor native and international specialties.

CHAMPAGNE ROOM
Nostalgic with its wrought-iron grills in Spanish colonial fashion. Richly decorated with crystal trees, roving violinists from the Joe Nicolas and Strings playing memorable melodies at your tableside. A gourmet restaurant serving superb French cuisine. Truly one of the most outstanding dining rooms in the world.

Adjacent to this restaurant is the Champagne Salon, a private room with a capacity of 60, available for parties, meetings and other special functions.

COWRIE GRILL
The soft amber glow of hundreds of cowrie shells dominate this unique dining room. The shells represent the islands of the Philippine Archipelago. Serving the finest steaks and seafood in town.

GINZA
Ginza Japanese Restaurant offers all that is the finest in Japanese cuisine. Sushi bar, teppanyaki grills and a rich selection of other dishes which may also be served in our private tatami rooms.

A showcase of art, the restaurant has spacious main dining room, tatami rooms that look out to traditional Japanese landscapes, a teppanyaki and a sushi bar.

LOBBY LOUNGE
Easy and relaxed atmosphere. In the evening, a pianist plays classical and contemporary pieces. Bar favorites and cocktails as you unwind. A place to see and be seen.

TAP ROOM
Enjoy bar snacks and drinks amid an atmosphere enhanced by a magnificent Tiffany bay window. The bar is reminiscent of old English pubs. Live jazz and pop music nightly.

POOL BAR
