Philippine Airlines Swingaround Packages General Information - Frequently Asked Questions

 

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

 

In the event that the period of stay in a hotel falls within two seasonalities, the higher tour package price shall apply.
 

Package price excludes airport/security/government taxes and all other expenses of a personal nature, e.g., tips and porterages.

  Optional Tours and Extension Packages must be issued in conjunction with the Basic Package.
  Tickets issued in conjunction with tour packages will earn Mabuhay Miles mileage credits.
  Unless otherwise specified, all prices are based on first category rooms.
 
Room Type Definition:
  Single - applies to one adult occupying a room by himself
  Twin - applies to one room with 2 adults; rate is per adult.
  Triple / Extra Bed - applies to a third person sharing a room with two other persons
  Only one extra bed per room will be provided.
 

Hotel Check-in/Check-out Times

Passengers must abide by the hotel's check-in/check-out times. Any voluntary extension of stay or earlier check-in shall be arranged by the passenger directly with the hotel and any expenses arising therefrom shall be charged to his account.

 

Rebooking/Cancellation Penalties

After tickets and tour vouchers have been issued and rebooking/cancellation notice is received 4 calendar days or more before departure date, a penalty of USD75 per person shall be collected.

If rebooking/cancellation notice is received less than 4 calendar days before departure date, the following penalties shall be collected:

a.

3 to 2 calendar days before departure date
- 50% of total package price

b. 1 calendar day before and up to departure date
- 100% of total package price

Please inquire with PAL Reservations or Ticket Office regarding penalties for groups of 15 passengers or more.

  No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for any unused portion of the tour package.
 

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Passengers must bear all required and valid documents, i.e., passports, visas, tickets and tour vouchers, as applicable, on departure date to avoid any inconvenience. In no instance shall the Operator render service without the Tour Voucher - Service Coupon being surrendered to the Operator.

Philippine Airlines shall not be responsible for any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, rights or causes whatsoever against Philippine Airlines, Inc., for any and all damage, loss, injury, death, accident or liability, actual or contigent, caused to the passenger or his/her property arising out of or attributable to delays, action, inaction, misconduct or negligence of such hotel, tour operator, land and sea transport operator, helicopter transport operator and others engaged in carrying out the tour services, including but not limited to delays and alterations made in the program or changes in quoted rates.
